Role Summary
Cashiers are responsible for delivering a fast, accurate, and welcoming guest experience. This role sets the tone for every visit driving throughput, order accuracy, and hospitality at the front line.
What You’ll Do
Greet every guest with energy and professionalism
Take and enter orders accurately in the POS
Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and guide guests as needed
Move with urgency while staying organized during peak periods
Ensure order accuracy before sending to the kitchen
Keep the front counter clean, stocked, and service-ready
Support the team to maintain speed and flow of service
