• Consistently provide excellent guest service and hospitality
• Demonstrate proper personal hygiene and food safety practices
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed uniformed appearance
• Follow restaurant policies and procedures consistently
• Handle guest comments promptly and courteously
• Prepare quality products while maintaining portion control and presentation
• Attend all team member meetings
