Looking for someone motivated with the ability to complete tasks without constant micro management. 

1. The position will require you to work on the Grill Saturday and Sunday double shifts from 8a.m. - 3p.m. and 4p.m. - 9p.m. you will rarely if ever have to stay past 9p.m. (This is non Negotiable) 3-4 additional shifts will be added that will not be working on the grill during the week days M-F. With this job we like to give for the most part a nice balance when it comes to your off days which mostly will be scheduled consecutively also to not the option for 3 days off can be considered based off availability and schedule needs while also maintaining your hours. 
2. This Job will be a quick to hire quick to fire job as we have a great team and need this roll filled without delay
3. After the first week of training you will be watched and evaluated over the next few weeks.
4. After you have successfully mastered this job you will learn how to do one more station in the kitchen for 3 shifts which will be on any of the following days being M-F and then trained as a cashier for another 3 shifts which will be any of the following days being M-F

6. After 6 months of employment a bonus of $200 will be paid 
7. Health insurance available after one year if the average weekly hours equals 32 hours
