Job Title: Cashier / Floor Attendant

Job Summary

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting daily store operations
• Operate the cash register and assist customers with purchases
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance throughout the store
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handle transactions, and issue receipts
• Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and arranging displays
• Assist with pricing, tagging, and processing donations
• Support store team members with general store operations and special projects
• Ensure compliance with store policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Dependable, friendly, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs
• Comfortable moving merchandise and assisting customers on the floor
