Bill & Tim's Barbecue and Tap House is a fast casual restaurant that specializes in authentic wood smoked meats and traditional American side dishes paired with beer, cider, wine, cocktails and kombucha. More than just a smoke-centric barbecue joint, Bill & Tim's also features a variety of salads, rice bowls, burgers and Mexican specialty dishes served with or without smoky proteins. Bill & Tim's is located at the corner of 13th and Pearl in downtown Eugene.
If you are a hardworking, dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and passion for the restaurant business, then apply by completing our brief application. We offer a starting hourly rate of $15.05 per hour (more with relevant experience), pooled tips and free shift meals. Bill & Tim's is a fast-paced environment generating above average tips for a fast casual concept. Pooled tips average between $4.00 and $4.50 per hour per employee resulting in an average total hourly income of $19.05 to $19.55 per hour (or more with experience)!
Cashiers must be at least 21 years old to meet OLCC age requirements.
