Job Title: Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $56/hr (W2)- 10+ Years Exp
$47/hr (W2)- 5-7 Years Exp
Position Overview
The Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) provides operational and technical support for the Cash Management Department. This role supports customers and internal bank personnel by delivering product training, assisting with system enhancements, and ensuring smooth operation of Cash Management Online Banking services. The position requires strong attention to detail, customer support skills, and the ability to manage daily operational tasks in a regulated banking environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide WebEx-based product training to customers and internal bank personnel on cash management products and services
- Support Cash Management Online Banking services, including customer setup and ongoing system monitoring
- Resolve customer and internal issues related to cash management products within assigned authority
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new product development initiatives
- Monitor product usage, system performance, and operational reports
- Perform routine daily operational tasks, including report review and correspondence preparation
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations
- Participate in special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications- Experience in cash management, treasury services, or banking operations
- Strong technical aptitude with online banking platforms
- Ability to deliver virtual training and provide customer-facing support
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
