Cash Collections Supervisor (Bilingual)

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Cash Collections Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash collections, banking, and customer service, along with previous supervisory or management experience. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Tracking Cash Logs
• Bank Runs
• Reviewing cash logs
• Receipt handling
• Safe management
• Experience with cash handling systems
• Record accurate and detailed notes, update account information.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals, deadlines, and objectives.
• Adhere to consumer protection laws and FHC's standard practices and policies.
