Freedom Resource Group is building a pre-qualified reservist pool of Case Processing Specialists to support a potential federal contract at an ICE processing center. We are identifying qualified candidates now to build a talent pipeline, so we can move quickly if the contract is awarded. Apply to be considered first when positions open.
• Process detainee intake and discharge paperwork under the direction of ICE officers.
• Maintain and update Alien Files (A-files) and enter case data into the ENFORCE Alien Removal Module (EARM). Training provided.
• Coordinate court schedules (EOIR), USCIS adjudications, and removal documentation.
• Schedule interviews and log communications between detainees, ICE, consulates, and legal representatives.
• Prepare release, transfer, and removal packages — ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal records standards.
Note: This is an administrative role. CPS staff do not perform law enforcement, transportation, armed guard, or sworn-statement duties.
• U.S. citizenship required (federal contract).
• Ability to pass a DHS federal background investigation (Public Trust / moderate-to-high risk suitability).
• Ability to pass a federal pre-employment drug screen and ongoing suitability monitoring.
• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong administrative, data entry, and records-management skills; comfort with Windows-based systems and dual-monitor workflows.
• Willingness to work rotating 8-hour shifts (Day, Swing, or Night) on a 5-on / 2-off schedule.
• Professional written and verbal communication; ability to handle sensitive PII under strict confidentiality rules.
• Prior ICE, CBP, DHS, military, or federal contractor experience.
• Experience with EARM, EADM, A-files, PACER, or similar case-management systems.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages spoken by the detainee population).
• Earn pay of $25–$32/hr.
• Be first in line for interviews if/when the contract is awarded.
• Pre-cleared candidates expedite onboarding — we cover EARM and ICE-required training.
• Stable, full-time federal contractor work with shift differentials and benefits eligibility on activation.
