Case Manager- Supportive Housing Tuesday-Saturday 12:00pm-8:00pm. Responsibilities: - The Case Manager will provide services to consumers in our supportive housing program.
- Provide transportation for consumers as needed
- Teach basic living skills
- Assist consumers in accessing appropriate community resources as needed
- Updating client records using an electronic clinical record system
Requirements: - BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other Human Services related field
- Must have an excellent driving record free from any DUI/Reckless driving conviction for the previous (3) years. Will be subject to initial and ongoing MVR.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be willing to complete Case Management Training through the Alabama Departmental of Mental Health and obtain certification
- Previous case management experience is preferred but not required
