GENERAL OVERVIEW: The Case Manager Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff delivering targeted case management services to adults with serious mental illness. The position ensures regulatory compliance, quality documentation, appropriate service delivery, and effective coordination of resources to support consumer recovery and stability KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Staff Supervision & Leadership • Provide supervision and oversight to targeted case management staff. • Conduct regular supervision meetings and support professional development. • Provide direct service and on-call backup as necessary. Compliance & Documentation Oversight • Monitor case management records to ensure timely and accurate documentation. • Ensure all mandated paperwork is completed in accordance with regulatory standards. • Verify that required direct service contacts are completed. Operational & Resource Management • Monitor staff time sheets, expense reports, vehicle usage, transportation tokens, and other operational resources. • Submit required reports and monitor service unit projections. • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Manager. Collaboration & Community Engagement • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external service providers. • Support coordination of services to ensure continuity of care for consumers. |
