We are a fast-growing, team-oriented firm seeking a Case Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to play a key role in managing personal injury cases from start to finish.

Position Overview

The Case Manager will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from inception through settlement. This is a dynamic, client-facing role requiring strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties (copying, filing, scanning, answering phones, and office support)
  • Conduct client intake and maintain ongoing client communication
  • Manage personal injury cases, including:
  • Reporting claims to insurance companies
  • Coordinating rental vehicles and property damage claims
  • Assisting with liability investigations and disputes
  • Monitor client medical treatment and schedule appointments
  • Maintain frequent client follow-up and status updates
  • Collect and organize medical records and billing
  • Prepare case files for demand
  • Draft and assist with demand packages

Work Environment

We are a hands-on, collaborative firm where team members are expected to take initiative and learn by doing. This is an in-office position (5 days per week, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) in a casual yet fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a case manager in a personal injury law firm
  • Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of personal injury cases
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
