This is a client facing and detail intensive role within a firm that handles complex personal injury and civil litigation matters. The Case Manager is responsible for maintaining momentum on each case, ensuring clients feel supported, and helping attorneys stay fully prepared at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their case
Maintain consistent communication and provide clear updates on case progress
Gather medical records, documentation, and evidence with accuracy
Track deadlines, statutes, and follow up tasks with precision
Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and external partners
