Principal Function: The Case Manager/Imaging Coordinator supports patient care by managing imaging orders, coordinating communication between patients and imaging facilities, and ensuring accurate documentation. this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with patients, providers, and external partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to:
1. Receive and process imaging orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Submit imaging orders via fax or through Epic Link system.
3. Maintain a monthly tracking spreadsheet for all imaging orders.
4. Follow up on outstanding orders using multiple systems.
5. Retrieve, print, and scan imaging results when not automatically received.
6. Complete prior authorizations for imaging services.
7. Receive, review, and manage incoming faxed imaging results.
8. Organize and process all imaging-related faxes and documentation.
9. Communicate with patients regarding imaging orders, updates, and scheduling.
10. Prepare and send correspondence as needed.
11. Document all imaging orders, including dates sent and locations.
12.Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
13.May be required to fill in for co-workers in their absence.
14. Must be proficient in all front office functions.
15. Assists in ensuring regulatory compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Labor Laws and other federal, state, and local regulations.
16. May be required to participate in office committees or workgroups.
17. Performs clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing, emailing.
18. Attends staff meetings and conferences as required.

High School diploma and one-year related experience and/or training. Previous clerical and/or administrative experience working in a health-related environment.

Hours:    Monday-Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
