Case Manager - Student Support Services
Reporting to the Director of Case Management, the Case Manager provides holistic, student-centered case management services to undergraduate and professional students at Creighton University. Guided by the Jesuit value of cura personalis (care for the whole person), this role partners with students to develop strengths-based support plans that promote academic success, personal wellbeing, and long-term flourishing.
The Case Manager works with students experiencing complex personal, mental health, academic, financial, housing, or social challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, coordinating campus and community resources, developing support and accountability plans, monitoring progress, and assisting students returning to campus after a leave of absence. The position also collaborates with campus partners, maintains accurate documentation, evaluates program outcomes, and contributes to student wellbeing initiatives.
