Under the general supervision of the assigned Human Services Supervisor - Mental Health & Substance Use, the Case Manager - Adult Protective Services (APS) provides professional services to individuals and families to assess and coordinate protective, clinical and legal aspects of their work.
Successful candidates will bring strong critical thinking skills, a collaborative approach, and a comfort level working with a primarily elderly population in community settings.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM- 40 hours with participation with the on-call duties. There are possibilities of comp time in this role.
