High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience preferred
2–4 years patient-facing or high-touch customer support experience preferred
Patient support hub, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefits, insurance verification, or prior auth experience preferred
Strong documentation, data entry, and multitasking across multiple systems
Strong communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills; professional phone presence
Comfortable operating in evolving workflows with time-sensitive deliverables
Dedicated, quiet workspace + reliable high-speed internet (hardwired required)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take inbound/outbound calls from patients, provider offices, specialty pharmacies, and insurers; drive one-call resolution
Manage the case with urgency from benefit investigation/verification through medication delivery coordination
Support prior authorization and appeal requirements; track outcomes and next steps
Explain coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and required documentation clearly to patients and caregivers
Process enrollments via fax, phone, and electronic channels; validate forms for completeness and accuracy
Maintain detailed case documentation and follow up on missing items to keep work moving
Stay current on payer and reimbursement changes impacting access (Medicare/Medicaid/managed care/commercial)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM CST (shift assigned within these hours); training 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (mandatory attendance)
