Case Manager 130, Bridgewater, NJ
Spirit Program - Salary: $50,000 per year
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all new referrals for the SPIRIT mental health outpatient program and begin their service
- Work within a team approach to assist clients with overall coordination of basic needs such as Housing needs; any financial needs such as social security or general assistance
- Provide transportation to doctor appointments as needed
- Conduct group sessions
- Maintain program statistics
Qualifications
- BA/BS, BSW with some experience with community resources
- Ability to be flexible in with their work schedule
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
