The Department of Mental Health (DMH) along with the New Bedford Site Office is seeking a talented, experienced, and qualified professional for the position of Adult Case Management Supervisor (Human Services Coordinator II) to provide direct supervision to staff who work with adults in the community or hospital setting. The selected candidate will also function as the contract monitor for to various vendor contracts and provide oversight of site's high-risk population and respective databases.
Please Note: This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position. The schedule for this position is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The days off will be Sunday and Saturday.

Strong and effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen well, relate to others and demonstrate sensitivity and respect for individuals.
Demonstrated commitment to serving a diverse population with cultural competence and sensitivity, as well as the ability to work with a wide range of constituencies with diplomacy and tact.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Given the population served, bilingual or multilingual fluency.
