This Nashville-based Ethics & Compliance department is seeking a Case Coordinator to help manage internal investigations and support compliance efforts across the system.
What You’ll Do:
In this key role, you’ll assist Case Managers by tracking and documenting sensitive cases from intake to resolution. You’ll use your writing and critical thinking skills to prepare detailed summaries and reports, maintain accurate records in the case management system, and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree required
✔️ 5+ years in healthcare, HR, compliance, or related field
✔️ Strong writing and analytical abilities
✔️ Skilled in Microsoft Office and case management platforms
✔️ Must be based in or near Nashville, TN
Shift options:
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
