Solvet is seeking an experienced Administrative Care Coordinator to support the Army National Guard's Office of the State Surgeon in Phoenix, Arizona.

This role provides administrative and care coordination support to assist with non-clinical case management services for Service Members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up activities
  • Maintain case management databases and documentation
  • Track Service Member cases and monitor required actions
  • Prepare reports and maintain records in accordance with contract requirements
  • Communicate with military personnel, healthcare providers, and community resources
  • Ensure accurate data entry and document management
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable privacy requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, medical assisting, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic record systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required background checks or installation access credentials
