Job Title: Machine Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Evendale, OH
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Minimal

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators with experience in a food manufacturing environment to join our team in Evendale on 1st shift. This position operates equipment that fills paper “milk-style” cartons with various flavorings as part of a food production process.

The Machine Operator is responsible for running the filling machine, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting minor issues if the machine stops or malfunctions. This role is critical to maintaining consistent product quality and production flow.

This is a fast-paced production environment that requires strong attention to detail, mechanical awareness, and the ability to stay focused throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor carton-filling machinery

  • Perform basic troubleshooting when the machine shuts down or experiences minor issues

  • Ensure product quality and accurate filling of cartons

  • Communicate effectively with team members across the production line

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety and GMP guidelines

Production Line Overview (may assist in all three functions):

  • The machine operator runs and monitors the filling machine

  • The line support team member ensures machine flow and performance

  • Bulk Operator packages finished cartons into boxes and stacks boxes onto skids

Qualifications:

  • Prior machine operator experience required

  • Food production experience preferred

  • Stable work history

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

GMP & Safety Requirements:

Candidates must be comfortable following strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, including:

  • Hair nets and beard nets are required

  • No jewelry of any kind, including dermal piercings

  • No fake nails, fake eyelashes, or nail polish

  • Compliance with all food safety and cleanliness standards
