    About the Role:
    As a Carrier Account Representative, your primary responsibility will be to support our Customer Account Executives by servicing our customers' transportation needs and driving revenue.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Communicate with Customer Account Executives to help service, build, and grow their book of business.

    • Help manage and grow an established book of business by assisting with quoting, negotiating, selling, and resolving issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery of each shipment.

    • Address any internal matters related to the daily activities of the book of business, such as potential claims, service failures, and accounting responsibilities as needed.

    What you need:

    • College degree preferred, but not required.

    • 1 year of experience preferred, but not required.

    • The determination to work harder than anyone you know.

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address conflict directly and professionally.

    • Ability to work with the latest technologies.

    • A strong obsession with great customer service.

    Chicago, IL 

    Job Type:
    Full-time

    Schedule:

    • 8-hour shifts

    • Day shift

    • Monday to Friday

    • Rotating weekends

    Work Location:
    In-person
    Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
