West Sound Workforce is partnering with a Bremerton-based property management company to hire a Carpet Cleaning Technician to support residential and commercial properties across Kitsap County. Known for their community-focused approach, this team manages a diverse local portfolio and provides consistent, responsive service throughout the region.
In this hands-on, field-based role, you will travel to various job sites to deliver high-quality carpet cleaning and related floor care services while ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience in every setting.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position
- Rotating schedule including nights and weekends
- Field-based role traveling to homes, offices, and multifamily properties across Kitsap County
- Work is physically active and performed in both occupied and vacant spaces
What you’ll do
- Perform carpet cleaning and water extraction services in residential and commercial settings using approved equipment and methods
- Clean and treat a variety of surfaces including upholstery, area rugs, tile, grout, and hard flooring
- Inspect job sites to assess conditions, identify stains or damage, and determine appropriate cleaning methods
- Communicate with clients on scope of work, expectations, and post-service care while maintaining a professional presence
- Operate, maintain, and care for cleaning equipment, tools, and service vehicles while accurately documenting completed work
What we’re looking for
- Strong work ethic with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a mobile, field-based role while representing the company professionally
- Physical ability to perform hands-on work including lifting up to 60+ lbs, standing, bending, kneeling, and moving equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation habits
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments with direct client interaction
