Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents

Perform layout, framing, and installation for commercial structures

Construct and install:

• Wood and metal stud framing

• Doors, hardware, and windows

• Casework, millwork, and architectural finishes

• Concrete forms, embeds, and blocking

• Drywall backing and structural supports

Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

Coordinate work with foremen, superintendents, and other trades

Maintain productivity and quality standards on schedule

Identify and resolve field issues independently

Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements at all time
