Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Caregivers, Homemakers, Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Personal Care (PC) providers for in-home care positions in Worcester, Holden, Paxton, West Boylston, Rutland, and surrounding areas.

Job Summary

Join a growing team providing non-medical and personal in-home care services to seniors. We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers at all experience levels for a full-time position with consistent hours available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming as applicable)
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (HHA/CNA/PCA roles)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organizing)
• Assist with errands, transportation, and daily tasks
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and client preferences
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• HHA/CNA certification required for applicable roles
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
