Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Cave Creek. This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality assistance with daily activities, patient monitoring, and personalized care plans. Whether you’re experienced or new to caregiving, your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts if necessary
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding if required
- Medication reminders following prescribed care plans and document all medication administration accurately
- Support clients during outings or community activities to promote independence and social engagement
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry
Qualifications
- Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s/dementia, or memory care needs
- Strong patient observation skills to monitor health status and respond appropriately
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity necessary for assisting clients with mobility or transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
