Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Cave Creek. This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality assistance with daily activities, patient monitoring, and personalized care plans. Whether you’re experienced or new to caregiving, your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Duties

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts if necessary
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding if required
  • Medication reminders following prescribed care plans and document all medication administration accurately
  • Support clients during outings or community activities to promote independence and social engagement
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry
Qualifications

  • Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes
  • Knowledge of first aid, CPR
  • Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s/dementia, or memory care needs
  • Strong patient observation skills to monitor health status and respond appropriately
  • Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity necessary for assisting clients with mobility or transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts
  • Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
