Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Help with medication reminders and adherence as directed.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs when necessary.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of caregiving and home care techniques Is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if needed.
