We invite you to apply with Always Best Care, Tempe! We're a top-rated workplace in Tempe with openings to work in the homes of seniors throughout the area, including Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Mesa, South/North/Central Phoenix and Scottsdale. Part-time and full-time available.
Pay and Benefits:
- $17.00 to $18.50 an hour, $1 more on weekends, $2 more for 2 hour VA shifts, performance increases
- $500 sign-on bonus
- $563 referral bonus program
- Daily pay available
- Flexible hours
- Paid mileage while on the job

- Matching 401k after 3 months
Additional requirements include:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Need reliable transportation
- Required to pass background check and drug screens
- Have access to email and a mobile smart device
- Good understanding of the English language
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- CPR/First Aid certified
- TB tested (negative) or can be within 30 days.
