What Youll Do:
Assist seniors with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support safe mobility and transfers using gait belts or other equipment as trained
Accompany participants to and from appointments or activities
Provide companionship and emotional support in both home and day center environments
Document care provided and report changes in condition to clinical staff
Follow established care plans and safety procedures
What Youll Bring:
At least 6 months of experience providing personal care to seniors or individuals with disabilities
Comfortable assisting with bathing, dressing, and other personal needs
Reliable, compassionate, and able to follow care directions closely
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bilingual in Cantonese or Spanish a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
