Status: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

Provide personalized support with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meals).
Promote independence while ensuring safety and dignity.
Assist with medication (for Level 3 caregivers).
Support residents with communication/behavioral needs (for Level 4 caregivers).
Follow infection control procedures and document care activities.
Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.
Level 1 – General Support: Companionship & safety monitoring.
Level 2 – Personal Care: Hands-on ADL support.
Level 3 – Medication Technician: Assists with medications & documentation.
Level 4 – Behavior Support Specialist: Behavioral support & de-escalation.
