You'll Never Walk Into a New Client Home Unprepared

Before working independently with a new client, you'll be personally introduced and trained on their routine, preferences, care needs, and expectations. You'll know exactly who to contact if questions arise and can feel confident from day one.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Every Other Weekend)
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Enjoy consistent clients and set schedules, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts if desired.

Pay & Benefits

• $18–$21 per hour
• Bi-weekly pay
• $200 retention bonus

Please note: State-required online training (approximately 5 hours) must be completed before orientation and is unpaid.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota background study
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
