First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for a client in Peachtree City, GA. This is a full-time opportunity with approximately 40 hours per week for the right caregiver who is committed to providing high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention support
- Offer companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders as directed
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
- Maintain clear communication with the agency and document any concerns
Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia PCA certification or CNA license preferred
- Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and valid identification
- Ability to pass a background check
