You'll Never Walk Into a New Client Home Unprepared
Before working independently with a new client, you will receive:
- A personal introduction to the client
- Information about their routine and preferences
- Details about their care needs and expectations
- Guidance on who to contact for support
Schedule
Split Shift Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Saturday (Every Other Weekend)
- 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Sunday
This position offers:
- A consistent schedule
- Reliable clients
- Opportunities to pick up additional hours as they become available
Pay & Perks
- $18–$21 per hour
- Bi-weekly pay
- $200 Retention Bonus

Training & Support
- Paid orientation
- Ongoing training and education
- Responsive office team
- Clear communication and scheduling
- State-required online pre-employment training (approximately 5 hours, unpaid)
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
