About the Role:Join Elite Home Care Solutions as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care all over Maryland and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and health status of clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer prescribed medications and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Requirements:- Current CNA certification in the state of Maryland.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred.(1year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Flexible schedule to meet client needs, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
