Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will play an essential role in supporting clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Providing medication reminders
- Supporting clients with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
- Maintaining professional and compassionate communication with clients and families
Caregiver Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required
- Willingness to complete paid training provided by the company
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Honest, reliable, and caring personality
- Strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others
