We are seeking a FULL-TIME (Monday-Friday 7am-3pm) Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and medication reminders, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping activities
- Safely assisting with transfers, including operating a manual (crank) Hoyer lift
- Medication reminders
- Provide companionship
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
- First aid and CPR certified REQUIRED
- Hoyer Lift experience REQUIRED
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
