Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to clients in their homes or residential facilities, ensuring their well-being and comfort. This assignment is working with one client in Talking Rock, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30. Assistance is needing in the home preparing nutritious meals, assisting with personal care and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, childcare, or direct support is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care systems and procedures
- Experience in dementia care, long-term care, or similar settings is a plus
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
