What You'll Do:
Offer in-home support and companionship to older adults, helping create a safe and comfortable environment
Assist clients with daily personal care while encouraging their overall physical, emotional, and social wellness
Promote independence by supporting clients in maintaining their routines and abilities
Oversee individual care needs and help ensure services are delivered consistently and effectively
Work closely with the office team to build and adjust customized care plans for each client
Balance time between non-medical companionship duties and hands-on care services
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED.
Must be 18 or older.
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Minimum of 6 months of experience working with seniors required.
Valid driver's license, with a good driving record and auto insurance.
Must own or have access to a personal vehicle to transport yourself and clients as needed.
