Home Helpers Home Care is expanding our team and is actively hiring experienced Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one care for seniors living in Half Moon Bay, Moss Beach, El Granada, Montara, Pacifica, and nearby areas.

Pay & Schedule
- $22–$25 per hour (based on client assignment)
- Paid every other week on Friday
- Daily Pay available through Tapcheck
Immediate Openings
- 4-hour shifts
- 6-hour shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Weekdays and weekend shifts
- Live-in assignments
- Part-time opportunities
Caregivers who live on the Coastside or are willing to regularly travel to coastal communities are especially encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe and independent at home, including:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Dementia and Alzheimer's care
- Hospice support
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify employer)
- Caregiving experience preferred (professional or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willing to obtain
- Current negative TB test (or willing to complete before starting)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to communicate effectively in English
