Responsibilities (will vary by client):
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Transportation
  • Companionship
  • Personal care (bathing, toileting)
  • Follow a plan of care
  • Communicate professionally with families and your team
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in home care preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable but not required
  • Experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
  • Willingness to complete all employment requirements
  • Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance
  • Access to a smartphone and email for scheduling and documentation
  • Strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care practices
