**Job Title: Caregiver**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of professionals committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized assistance with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide high-quality care and companionship to clients, attending to their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record clients' health conditions, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure clients adhere to their medication schedules.
- Prepare meals and ensure clients receive adequate nutrition according to dietary plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
- Encourage and participate in activities to promote clients' mental and physical well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care and support.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and supporting clients.
- Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
