We are actively seeking Caregivers/DSP's to provide Community Living & Supports, Supported Employment, Day Support, and Supported Living Services. P/T and F/T hours are available.
+ Monday 3p-10:30p Sleep overnight
+ Tuesday 6:30a-9a & 3p-10:30p Sleep overnight
+ Wednesday 6:30a-9a & 3p-10:30p Sleep overnight
+ Thursday 6:30a-9a & 3p-10:30p Sleep overnight
+ Friday 6:30a-9a Off for weekend; return 3p Monday
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
+ Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms
+ Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities
+ Maintain a schedule of services/activities in a treatment plan and report on status of health and safety objectives
+ Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver
+ Complete and submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines
+ Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities
+ Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
+ Ability to work independently in the community and/or the client’s home
+ Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs
+ Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred
Requirements:
+ Must be at least 18 years old
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
+ Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
+ Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs
+ CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company

**$1000 Signing Bonus Details:
+ $500 paid out after working 30 days with an average of 20 hours per week
+ $500 paid out after working 6 months with an average of 20 hours per week
+ Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health or A Small Miracle, LLC in the past 18 months
+ Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services
+ Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
+ RAPs are not eligible for the Referral Bonus
