Competitive Pay & Recognition

• Base Pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (based on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA)

• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour

• Raises after 60 days + annual reviews

• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)

• Mileage reimbursement between client visits

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll provide one‑on‑one support that truly matters:

• Companionship and emotional support

• Assistance with personal hygiene

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment

• Transportation to appointments or outings

• Medication reminders

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 or older

• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)

• Background in dementia and behavioral care (preferred)

• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
