Job Summary: Performs a variety of complex financial, administrative, and clerical functions in direct support of the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Director. Assists with the development and refinement of funding proposals and partnership agreements; creates, maintains, and tracks grant and partnership documentation; supports budget development and revisions; and communicates with district staff regarding CTE grants, programs, and partnerships.

New Hire Starting Hourly Rate: Grade 10: $28.63 - $32.14 DOE

Internal Hourly Rate: Determined by the ESSA Negotiated Agreement

Work Day: 8 hours per day

Work Year: 12 months

Bargaining Unit: Education Support Staff Association (ESSA)

Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description for qualifications and duties of the position):

The following are required:

  1. Minimum of 48 credit hours of post-secondary education, preferably in technical writing, business, or a related field. Related work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the education requirement.

  2. Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and/or office management experience, including one (1) year of experience with webpage development and maintenance.

  3. Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

  4. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, organize information, and manage filing systems.

  5. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping practices.

  6. Proficiency using computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, desktop publishing, webpage editing tools, email, and internet-based applications.
