Career & Job Readiness: - Facilitate workshops on resumes, interviewing, workplace professionalism, etc. - Support participants in career exploration, goal setting, & connections to employment, education, community resources, etc. - Coordinate career exploration events such as employer panels, mock interviews, job fairs, & workplace tours. Community Partnerships & Communication: - Build relationships with employers, apprenticeship programs, training providers, & community organizations. - Coordinate guest speakers, job shadows, internships, & community service opportunities. - Create content for social media, newsletters, & other communications that highlight participant achievements & service projects. Participant Success & Outreach: - Mentor participants through transitions to employment or education. - Conduct alumni follow-up and assist with outcome tracking & reporting. - Support recruitment, retention, participant recognition, & outreach activities.
