POSITION SUMMARY
Provides comprehensive workforce development, case management, and career counseling services to participants enrolled in the Noncustodial Parent (NCP) Choices Program. Facilitates participant engagement by conducting intake, eligibility determination, assessments, and ongoing case management to support successful workforce participation and self-sufficiency. Develops and implements individualized employment plans, identifies and addresses barriers to employment, and coordinates supportive services and community resources to enhance employment outcomes. Maintains accurate and timely documentation in workforce information systems and ensures compliance with federal, state, agency, and program requirements. Serves as a trusted resource and advocate for participants, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service while promoting participant success and long-term economic stability
