Additional duties encompass goal setting, supporting student transitions, participating in team decisions, and co-facilitating social skills sessions. The counselor also manages projection data, contributes to orientation and employability planning, and maintains a safe, respectful environment.
Qualifications required are a bachelor’s degree with social services coursework, at least one year of counseling experience, experience with diverse youth populations, and a valid driver’s license.
