The Career Services team at Utah Tech University invites applications for a Career Coach position, specifically to work with students seeking careers within College of Business programs offered at Utah Tech University. This is a three-year, one-time funded position; contingent upon funding thereafter.
Coaches students on career options within College of Business programs by assisting them in identifying strengths, interests, skills, majors, and employment resources, while incorporating a life design approach to help students create meaningful academic and career pathways. Recommends other services offered by Career Services, including internships, resume writing, department presentations, etc. Coordinates with other departments on campus for career opportunities. POSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Full-time overtime-exempt staff position. Annual salary of $44,000-$46,500 depending on qualifications and experience. Desired start date of July/August 2026. This is a three-year, one-time funded position; contingent upon funding thereafter.
