What You’ll Do As A Key Play On Our Team
- Empower & Guide: Help individuals overcome barriers and build meaningful careers through personalized coaching, career planning, and hands-on training.
- Connect & Support: Link participants to vital resources like housing, childcare, mental health services, and more to ensure long-term success.
- Prepare & Place: Provide job readiness support—resumes, applications, mock interviews—and actively match participants with employment opportunities.
- Lead & Facilitate: Conduct orientations, training sessions, and graduation events while supervising participants during on-site learning experiences.
- Collaborate & Advocate: Serve as a liaison between participants and employers, ensuring satisfaction and access to upskilling opportunities.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years working with underserved communities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in case management, classroom facilitation, or supervision.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and comfort driving a company vehicle.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
