About the Role A growing home health company is looking for a sharp, street-smart Care Operations Leader to be the connective tissue between home health aides and the clients who depend on them. This role starts hands-on — you'll be in the weeds, solving real problems in real time — but the vision is bigger: you'll eventually build out and lead a team of your own. Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Utilization
- Match aides to multiple clients throughout the day with a focus on scheduling efficiency
- Monitor aide time at each client to maintain high utilization across the board
Relationship Management
- Communicate and coordinate with families, aides, and fellow coordinators to keep operations running smoothly
- Navigate a wide range of personalities and situations with professionalism and poise
Operations & Growth
- Jump in to problem-solve and put out fires as they arise
- Build out and eventually lead a growing coordination team
Qualifications
- Savvy, people-smart, and able to read a room
- Big-picture thinker who can also get into the details
- Comfortable in a scrappy, fast-moving startup environment
- Experience in home health, staffing, or coordination strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
